Yeardley Smith is an Emmy Award® winning actress, producer, novelist and playwright who has appeared on television, film and Broadway. She has been the voice of Lisa Simpson on Fox’s hit television show The Simpsons since 1987. She has also appeared in numerous films. In 2015, she co-founded the production company, Paperclip Ltd., with Ben Cornwell.

Ben stays busy working with the rest of the incredible Audio 99 team to build the best podcast network around. He’s also the co-founder and co-owner of Audio 99’s parent company, Paperclip Ltd., with the amazing Yeardley Smith. Detective Dave
Executive Producer

Dave began his career in law enforcement in 2007, spent six years as a detective investigating sex crimes and child abuse, and recently retired at the rank of sergeant. He served on the advisory boards of multiple children’s and victims’ advocacy groups. In addition to being co-host and co-creator of Small Town Dicks and The Briefing Room, Dave serves as an executive producer-at-large for Audio 99.
Monika Scott
Head of Audience

Monika Scott came to the podcasting industry as an avid listener, first and foremost. She has over a decade of experience running digital marketing campaigns in the radio and podcast industry. She’s based in Chicago, IL and when she isn’t at her computer you can find her in the kitchen whipping up the most elaborate dinners she can come up with.
Logan Heftel
Production Manager

Logan is a producer, editor, and songwriter with a background in audio engineering and live storytelling. Trained in music production and recording technology, he has worked in podcasting since 2010. He oversees the production workflow at Audio 99 from initial recording to final delivery.
Soren Begin
Senior Editor

Soren is a Canadian-American sound designer, editor, and musician. He has a bachelor’s from the University of Victoria, and a diploma in Audio Recording and Engineering from the Nimbus School of Music in Vancouver, British Columbia. Before coming on board to edit Small Town Dicks, he designed and scored for hundreds of film and television projects, and online ad campaigns. He currently lives in greater DC with his wife and son.
Cristina Brocamontes
Editor

Cristina Bracamontes is a sound editor and production sound mixer from the San Francisco Bay Area. Cristina has always enjoyed and appreciated the art of storytelling through visual and auditory mediums. Cristina discovered her passion for sound during her time at San Francisco State’s School of Cinema, graduating in 2020. Entering the creative work force during such a tumultuous time, Cristina hopes to help make the world a better place by creating works that inspire others to do the same.
Jessica Halstead

Jessica Halstead is based in Bend, OR and loves making stories come to life. She has previously worked on audio projects for Colorado Public Radio, The World, On Point, Sports Illustrated, and Wondery. She loves running, skiing, and her dog, Scout.
